What a beautiful pic of you and your little Dhylan! You and all your girls are just gorgeous! So, home birth! It was fabulous in many aspects, but being my first delivery and having really no idea what to expect I was sort of scared and felt alone. But since this will be your 4th you should have no problem because it sounds like you know what you need to have a good experience. It ended up costing us around $1300.00 paying the midwife and getting the supplies and rhogam shots needed. So pretty cheap. We loved being at the comfort of our own home. The midwife brought a laboring tub because our tub here is not deep enough, so I am sure if you like water and your tub is shallow too the midwife would have one. They were so wonderful about letting me do what I needed to be comfortable. I think you might really like it. They clean everything up and leave your house in great condition. They also do postnatal check-ups and come to your home 3 days later and what not. My labor went pretty fast too,I was stuck at a 3 for a few hours and then once I hit a 5 I went to a ten one hour later. The only thing was that my midwife and I had no idea what to expect, so she figured I would be like the rest of the 1st time mom's and be laboring forever...so she went to sleep while I was sort of freaking out and feeling alone. I am sure your midwife will be different especially since you already have a feel of how your labors go. Whew! I am not sure if i answered all your questions, but let me know of more and I will be glad to answer them. You can email me too or call. missnov3mb3r@gmail.com and I will give you my number or whatever. I really think you will like it! Thanks for the encouragement about the hospital! I think I might just see what it is like and be able to compare for the next one!! love you too! We will have to get together the next time I come to IF!

Hello-

I was wondering if you accept guest posts? I have an article/event that I would like to submit in regards to childhood obesity. It is about dancing and how it can be a fun way for kids to exercise. Primrose Schools is hosting a Dance Off competition (with proceeds going the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals) for families and I think it is something you and your readers would enjoy!

I look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you,
Emily Patterson
